How Michelle handles confirmations for write actions

By Coachful2 min readUpdated Oct 19, 2026

Use Michelle’s individual Confirm and Skip cards, understand staged workflows and distinguish pending work from completed actions.

Michelle can read information and prepare work, then show a confirmation card before a supported write action runs.

Approve the specific card

  1. Review the action, target record, submitted content and any displayed cost.
  2. Choose Confirm on that action's card to approve it.
  3. Choose Skip to reject that action.
  4. Read the result before treating the change as saved.

Approving one card does not approve other pending actions. A plain chat reply such as “yes” is not proof that every pending action executed. If a card is still waiting, use that card's controls.

Multi-step work can happen in stages

Some later actions need a record created by an earlier action. Michelle may read current data or prepare another card after the earlier step succeeds. Do not expect every detail of a dependent workflow to be listed before any prerequisite action runs.

Understand costs and results

Questions, advice, planning and ordinary account reads are free. Confirmed builds and changes can use AI credits, and sending channels can have separate delivery charges. The displayed confirmation and current account terms are the relevant reference.

A pending card is not a saved change. A saved draft is not a published page. A successful send request is not automatically proof of delivery. Failed actions and insufficient credits should be reported as such rather than described as completed.

If the steps do not match what you see, contact support@coachful.co with the workspace URL, the action you tried and a screenshot without passwords or codes. Do not post client information in a public channel.

Frequently asked questions

Does typing yes approve every card?
Do not assume it does. Review and Confirm each specific pending card.
Are questions and planning charged?
Ordinary questions, planning and reads are free. Confirmed actions and delivery can have their own costs.
Does one approval cover a later action?
No. Later pending actions have their own confirmation controls.
