Give Michelle the outcome you want, the intended audience, relevant constraints and the names of existing clients or resources. Ask her to read the relevant current record before changing it.
Update the private business profile
Open Manage → Your account → Business profile, also found as My Data in Search. In Simple Mode use the corresponding Settings hub. This private workspace profile helps Coachful personalization. It is separate from personal login details and the public Find-a-Coach directory profile.
Provide context in the conversation
State your coaching model, tone and what you want to keep. For example: “Use my existing six-week program. Draft a short welcome message for new managers. Keep the weekly sessions and do not send it yet.” Correct an incorrect assumption directly. A useful conversation does not require an invented Context Note setting.
Keep knowledge stores distinct
- Brain organizes the coach's private knowledge and source records.
- Manage → AI Coach configures the client-facing assistant and its knowledge base.
- A custom AI Tool has its own configuration and knowledge.
- Marketplace/public profile controls the directory listing.
Uploading to one store does not automatically synchronize every assistant. There is no Dashboard → Settings → AI Assistant → Context Note screen. Conversation continuity is bounded; do not assume perfect memory or ask Michelle to invent unavailable historical facts.
Review a proposed action
Read the exact confirmation card before approving a write. Free questions and planning are separate from confirmed changes, builds and channel delivery charges.
