Use a first week to build and review a small version of your real coaching workflow. The order matters more than a promise that every business launches in seven days.
Workspace modes: the full workspace uses Create, Sell and Manage. Simple Mode uses a shorter menu, with Settings opening the management hub. Search can open tools permitted for your account; if a structured builder is not in the shorter menu, use Advanced Mode.
Days 1-2: set up the workspace and offer
Use Manage for business/account settings and connected apps. The Branding tile opens Customize for your client experience, domain and communication settings. Review your own plan, trial and payment terms in Plan & Billing.
In Sell → Offers, choose the offer that matches what you sell. In Simple Mode use Offers directly. A standalone session or resource does not require a structured program.
Days 3-4: build delivery and scheduling
Structured curricula are in Create → Programs; reusable content is in Create → Resources. Review what the client receives and keep it private while preparing it. Use Sessions → Availability for availability and calendar/video connections, and the relevant session-type settings for booking rules.
Day 5: review payments and messages
Connecting Stripe for payments from clients is separate from your Coachful subscription. Confirm the actual offer price, currency, recurrence, access and checkout policy. Booking notifications are in Manage → Branding → Communications; intake booking emails use a separate builder from Call Confirmed.
Days 6-7: review the client journey
Preview content and the website. Check the intended account, access and booking links before sending invitations or publishing. Do not assume a draft is visible, a copied link grants access or a saved setting proves an email was delivered. Invite real clients when the reviewed workflow is ready.
If the steps do not match what you see, contact support@coachful.co with the workspace URL, the action you tried and a screenshot without passwords or codes. Do not post client information in a public channel.
