Coachful does not currently provide a native ConvertKit/Kit API-key connector or a built-in event-to-tag/sequence mapper. There is no Email Marketing integration screen to connect Kit as described in earlier instructions.
Use Coachful's email tools
In the full workspace, open Sell → Email. Audience holds contact lists, Sequences holds custom multi-step emails and Broadcasts handles campaigns. These are separate from transactional booking templates in Manage → Branding → Communications.
Keep Kit with a reviewed external workflow
If you need to keep Kit, plan a separate integration using an automation service or a reviewed server-side webhook/API workflow. Coachful's automation connections are in Manage → Automations → Connections. Availability of a connection does not establish that a specific enrollment, booking or form trigger and every desired Kit action are implemented. Check the exact trigger, payload, consent requirement and destination before turning anything on.
Never paste a secret API key into a website, public form or chat message. Test with an explicitly chosen contact and verify the destination record before enabling ongoing synchronization. A contact export/import is a separate manual workflow.
Workspace modes: the full workspace uses Create, Sell and Manage. Simple Mode uses a shorter menu, with Settings opening the management hub. Search can open tools permitted for your account; if a structured builder is not in the shorter menu, use Advanced Mode.
