Signing in to the Coachful app on Android

By Coachful1 min readUpdated Oct 19, 2026

Sign in to Coachful on Android with the original account and distinguish provider verification from unavailable Coachful 2FA settings.

Use the Coachful Android app with the same original account you use on the web. Open the mobile gateway if you need the current app entry point.

  1. Open the app and the intended coaching workspace.
  2. Choose the same email/password, Google or Apple sign-in method as the original account.
  3. Complete any authentication steps requested by that provider.
  4. Return to the app and check that you are in the correct workspace.

Provider verification belongs to Google, Apple or your email service. Coachful does not have a separate authenticator-app enrollment or SMS 2FA setup under Profile → Security.

If access fails

Check the email spelling, original sign-in method, network connection and workspace. If using a password, use the forgotten-password option when needed. Do not create a second account to recover an existing one. An unavailable workspace can be an access problem rather than a wrong password.

If the steps do not match what you see, contact support@coachful.co with the workspace URL, the action you tried and a screenshot without passwords or codes. Do not post client information in a public channel.
