Updating your email address

By Coachful2 min readUpdated Oct 19, 2026

Change your account email through Profile, verify ownership and distinguish account email from workspace sending settings.

You can request an account email change from Manage account → Profile. Your account email is different from your workspace's email sender or reply-to settings.

Request the change

  1. Open your account menu and Manage account, then Profile.
  2. Choose the email-change control and enter an address you can receive messages at.
  3. Confirm ownership using the method requested for your account. Email/password accounts use the current password; Google or Apple accounts may ask you to reauthenticate with the same provider account.
  4. Open the verification email at the new address and complete the link. The address does not change until verification succeeds.

For a provider-account change inside the mobile app, follow the browser handoff if offered. Allow the browser authentication window and choose the correct existing account.

If it does not complete

Check spam, spelling, an already-used address and any reauthentication notice. Do not create a replacement Coachful account simply to change your email. If you no longer control the necessary account, contact support for a reviewed recovery path.

Open your account menu, choose Manage account, then Security. The available controls include password management, Sign out all devices and Download my data. Account controls are separate from workspace branding, client access and your connected Stripe account.

If the steps do not match what you see, contact support@coachful.co with the workspace URL, the action you tried and a screenshot without passwords or codes. Do not post client information in a public channel.
