Active devices: how to sign out of Coachful

By Coachful2 min readUpdated Oct 19, 2026

Use Coachful’s global sign-out control and understand the current limits of its Active devices section.

Coachful provides a global sign-out action. It does not currently show a per-device session history with browser names, locations, IP addresses, timestamps or individual revoke buttons.

Open your account menu, choose Manage account, then Security. The available controls include password management, Sign out all devices and Download my data. Account controls are separate from workspace branding, client access and your connected Stripe account.

Sign out your devices

  1. Make sure you know which sign-in method belongs to your account.
  2. In Security, find Active devices.
  3. Choose Sign out all devices.
  4. Sign in again on the devices you intend to use.

The action also clears the current device's session. It does not delete your account, cancel a subscription or disconnect every external service. Removing a teammate from a workspace is a separate permissions action.

Review a connected provider

Google, Apple and your email provider may offer their own device or sign-in history. Review those in that provider's account security controls. Their records are not a Coachful device list.

If the steps do not match what you see, contact support@coachful.co with the workspace URL, the action you tried and a screenshot without passwords or codes. Do not post client information in a public channel.
