Supported discovery-call configurations can assign an eligible host automatically. The implemented host strategies are fixed, round-robin and least-busy.
Find the configuration
In the full workspace, open Sell → Discovery calls. Search also finds this tool as Intakes. Open the relevant booking configuration and its host settings. Host availability and the account's team permissions still apply.
Choose the strategy
- Fixed: use the configured host.
- Round-robin: rotate among the configured eligible hosts.
- Least-busy: use the supported workload-based host selection.
Select the appropriate hosts and review their availability/calendar connections. Do not assume that every program, offer or booking flow automatically uses the same host pool.
Current limits
The settings do not expose custom per-host priority percentages or seniority weights. There is no program Bookings tab for the procedure described by older versions of this guide. If you need specialized routing, ask support to review the exact booking configuration before promising it to clients.
Workspace modes: the full workspace uses Create, Sell and Manage. Simple Mode uses a shorter menu, with Settings opening the management hub. Search can open tools permitted for your account; if a structured builder is not in the shorter menu, use Advanced Mode.
