Coaching Sales Page Template: Seven Complete Sections
Nour
Founder, Coachful

A coaching sales page should explain whom the service helps, what the work involves, the complete price and commitment, relevant evidence and the next step. Use plain language and specific deliverables so a prospective client can compare it with reasonable alternatives. A page can be persuasive without predicting a transformation or diagnosing its reader.
The seven-section template below is an original fictional example for a 100-day COO-transition coaching service. It is educational copy, not a published offer or an account of observed client results. Replace every scope, price, credential, evidence and contact detail with facts you can support before using it.
Organize the page around seven questions
| Section | Reader's question |
|---|---|
| 1. Audience and headline | Is this relevant to my situation? |
| 2. The practical problem | Does the coach understand the work I want support with? |
| 3. Stakes and alternatives | Why might this matter, and what other routes could fit? |
| 4. The approach | What would we actually do? |
| 5. Evidence and qualifications | What supports the claims and this person's suitability? |
| 6. Scope, price and terms | What am I buying, for how long and at what total commitment? |
| 7. Next step | What happens when I click, and what choice remains? |
The sequence can vary. Put a known price where readers need it, make material terms easy to find and avoid hiding the commitment until a call. The package-pricing guide helps settle the actual offer before writing the page.
Section 1: Write a specific, readable opening
A hero section can have four elements: audience, main headline, short explanation and one clear action. The following original copy demonstrates them.
Audience: For newly appointed COOs preparing to work across functions.
Headline: Prepare clearer decisions and conversations in your first 100 days.
Explanation: A defined coaching engagement for examining your role, preparing important conversations and reviewing what you learn. Six private sessions, relevant preparation and a bounded question service, with scope and complete price below.
Action: Read the scope and request a fit conversation.
This opening describes the intended work without promising a successful integration, promotion or end to burnout. Avoid assuming every senior buyer responds to the same typography or makes a credibility decision within a fixed number of seconds.
The action can be a conversation, request for information or a suitable direct purchase. A high price does not automatically require an exclusive application gate. The route should match the service and buyer's actual needs.

Section 2: Describe a recognizable practical problem
Original sample copy:
A new operating role can involve overlapping responsibilities, different expectations and decisions that cross team boundaries. You may want a private place to prepare a conversation, compare options or examine how you are using your time.
We would begin with your actual situation. The focus might be a handover, an unclear responsibility or a decision brief for a senior audience. We would identify what is within your influence and which questions need the organization's authorized people or another professional.
You choose what to explore. You do not need to disclose private personal history to ask whether the service fits.
Use the language and situations your audience actually describes. Avoid telling strangers that they are secretly afraid, uncoachable or suffering a clinical problem. A detailed problem statement should improve recognition, not manufacture distress.
Section 3: Explain the stakes and alternatives fairly
Original sample copy:
Clear preparation can help you examine the choices and conversations your role requires. The work is intended to support reflection and practical learning; decisions and organizational outcomes remain affected by other people, systems and circumstances.
Coaching may be one option alongside internal mentoring, training, specialist consulting or another provider. If your main need is legal, financial, clinical or technical advice, we should identify appropriate qualified support rather than assume this package covers it.
During a fit conversation, we can compare the proposed service with your request. You can also decide that no purchase is needed now.
Discuss a real operational consequence when relevant, but do not invent the financial cost of a reader's failure. A potential USD 2 million launch benefit or avoided departure is not evidence of coaching's attributable return.
Section 4: Show a concrete four-part approach
Original sample copy:
1. Clarify the role and question. We examine a current situation, relevant stakeholders, constraints and what would make the work useful.
2. Prepare a practical experiment. You choose a conversation, question or small action to test within your authority. We can rehearse and consider alternatives.
3. Review what happened. We look at observations, other influences, what helped and what needs adjustment. An experiment that did not help can still provide useful information.
4. Build independent use. We consolidate a preparation and review process, identify remaining questions and decide how you want to continue after the engagement.
These are original descriptive steps, not a patented method or validated assessment. If you use someone else's named model, attribute it accurately and check relevant rights rather than relabeling it as proprietary.
Section 5: Present evidence without inventing proof
A complete evidence section needs actual facts. The following copy uses explicit fields so it cannot be mistaken for a fictional testimonial presented as real:
Relevant qualifications and experience: [Insert accurate, verifiable qualifications, credential status and relevant work experience. Explain the professional role being offered.]
An appropriately authorized example: [Describe a real context, the actual service, a supported observation and relevant limits. Identify whether the example is anonymized, composite or hypothetical. Obtain the permissions and rights needed for its use.]
What the example supports: [State the specific conclusion the evidence supports. Explain other influences and avoid promising that every reader will achieve the same result.]
Questions welcome: Ask about the process, competence, references where appropriate and how usefulness would be reviewed in your engagement.
When no suitable outcome case exists, describe the actual process and qualifications honestly. Do not substitute invented numbers, a stock headshot or an unauthorized company logo. A fictional demonstration can illustrate a process if clearly labeled, but it is not social proof.
Use an evidence-card record: source, permission, context, service delivered, observed result, other influences, claim supported, audience and review date. “Anonymized” does not automatically mean unidentifiable or permitted.
US FTC advertising guidance and its endorsement guidance address supported claims, honest endorsements and relevant material connections. A small disclaimer does not repair an overall unsupported promise or an exceptional-result claim presented as typical.
Section 6: State the full service and price
Original fictional sample copy:
Service period: 100 calendar days, with actual start and end dates agreed before purchase.
Private sessions: Six 60-minute coaching sessions planned for days 1, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100. Midpoint and closing learning reviews take place within those sessions.
Between-session work: Relevant preparation resources and up to six short written questions across the engagement, reviewed within the stated staffed schedule. No unlimited messaging or document production is included.
Client time: The sessions total six hours. If preparation averages thirty minutes per session and you choose thirty minutes of practice weekly for fourteen weeks, that illustrative plan adds three and seven hours respectively, totaling sixteen hours. Your actual practice choices and schedule may differ.
Fictional price choice: USD 6,000 once or three payments of USD 2,100, totaling USD 6,300. The installment option is USD 300 more. Actual advertised amounts must handle applicable taxes and unavoidable charges correctly.
Terms to review: The real offer includes the exact dates, payment schedule, professional role, request limits, information arrangements, appointment changes, ending rights and access period. A further service requires its own decision; this example has no automatic continuation.
Before publishing, replace the fictional price and fields with the real service. UK's CMA guidance provides consumer-context principles for total prices and fair terms; it does not settle every corporate agreement. Have actual legal, payment and tax requirements reviewed appropriately.
Section 7: Explain the next step completely
Original sample copy:
Request a fit conversation. Read the scope and complete the short form if a conversation would help. The form asks about your request, role, practical constraints and questions. It is not a clinical or psychological assessment.
We will explain the available next step and any charge before booking. A request does not reserve a paid place, authorize a payment or commit you to the package. You may ask questions, compare another provider or decide not to proceed.
For information about access needs, privacy or another format, contact [actual contact route].
Button text should describe its action. “Request information” should not silently create a paid booking. If the page offers direct purchase, explain that route and its applicable agreement/checkout steps accurately.
The discovery-call closing guide helps keep the later conversation consistent with this promise.
Use four optional application questions
- “What would you like support with?” Allow a short answer and discourage unnecessary confidential details.
- “What is your role in the work and purchasing decision?” Ask only what helps establish relevant participants and authority.
- “What have you tried or considered?” Include other options without making the applicant defend themselves.
- “What practical constraints or questions should we understand?” Invite schedule, access and format needs and offer an appropriate private route.
Annual company revenue, medical history or a maturity score should not be collected by habit. Define purpose, audience and retention, and use an appropriate privacy notice and lawful basis for the actual processing. Marketing permission is a separate decision from submitting an inquiry.
If you include a reflection tool, make each area usable through a concrete question and relevant observation. These four original areas preserve the distinction between reflection and assessment.
| Area | Reflection prompt | Evidence to examine |
|---|---|---|
| Communicating in senior settings | What did you want the audience to understand or decide in a recent meeting? | Your actual brief, the questions asked and what remained unclear. |
| Cross-team coordination | Where did two teams have different expectations, and who could clarify them? | An appropriate handover or decision record, with confidential details omitted. |
| Delegation | Which outcome, authority and escalation arrangements were agreed? | The conversation and subsequent observations, rather than a label such as micromanager. |
| Translating priorities into decisions | Which tradeoff did you need to make, and what information was missing? | The options, constraints and authorized decision process. |
Use the person's examples to discuss fit and questions, not to assign an invented maturity score. This four-area worksheet is not a validated diagnostic instrument or evidence of suitability for a senior role.
Answer genuine objections in plain copy
A time FAQ can state the actual sessions, preparation and optional practice. It should not promise coaching consumes no time or automatically returns ten to fifteen hours every week.
A confidentiality FAQ can explain the participant/sponsor agreement, actual record audiences and applicable limits. It should not promise absolute secrecy or imply an employer never has a legitimate reporting question.
A budget FAQ can show the complete price and suitable alternatives if available. Avoid shaming people with lower budgets or calling every nonbuyer an unqualified hobbyist. A scope FAQ can state the professional role and where another service may fit better.
Read funnel numbers as descriptive evidence
A fictional page could receive 1,200 visitors, 42 applications, fifteen held consultations and seven annual contracts of USD 60,000. Applications would be 3.5% of visitors; consultations about 35.7% of applications; contracts about 46.7% of held consultations and 0.58% of visitors.
Seven contracts would total USD 420,000 in contracted prices if each was actually agreed. That is not automatically cash, profit, a sustainable recurring run-rate or proof the page caused the purchases. Other marketing, referrals, timing, suitability and selection affect the funnel. Define counts and periods consistently, including pending or declined decisions.
Use actual data to identify a practical question: Is the form unclear? Are inquiries mismatched? Is the service inappropriate? Avoid treating a copied conversion percentage as a target or relying on email opens as purchasing consent.
Publish a readable page with real destinations
Use meaningful headings, short paragraphs, adequate contrast, readable sizing and useful link text. Check mobile reading, keyboard navigation, labeled forms, error messages, video captions and alternative text where needed. W3C's page-structure guidance explains how semantic organization supports navigation; it does not guarantee ranking.
In Coachful, prepare the page in Website & Pages, or Website in Simple Mode. Use actual configured booking, form, Offer and checkout destinations. A saved or previewed draft is not a published page. Review any native pricing link against the actual published item's price; manually authored price text needs its own consistency check.
An Offer's descriptive benefits do not configure fulfillment. Check saved sessions, resources, billing and access separately. Avoid promising embedded validated diagnostics, automatic CRM qualification or scroll analytics unless those specific capabilities and settings are verified. The Coachful features overview helps map the service and page to the available tools.
Before publishing, check every factual claim, permission, price, date, link, scope, contact route and required notice. Ask someone unfamiliar with the offer to explain what they would buy and what happens next. Any misunderstanding identifies useful editing work.

Frequently asked questions
Should every page use a long application funnel?
No. Match the route to the service and buyer. A clear information request, booking or suitable direct checkout may be appropriate.
Can I use a composite success story?
Label its nature clearly and do not present it as an observed result or testimonial. Respect underlying privacy and rights, and avoid unsupported outcome claims.
Do I need a proprietary method?
No. Explain competent work accurately. Attribute other people's models and follow relevant licenses; do not manufacture ownership to imply authority.
Does a beautiful page guarantee inquiries?
No. Readable design supports understanding. Relevant demand, service fit, evidence, trust, access and many other factors influence decisions.
