Pages from a sentence, engagement tools and worksheet follow-ups

Describe what you want and Coachful builds it, then keep clients moving between sessions.

  • Describe a page in a sentence and Coachful builds a finished draft from a designed template. Change it in plain words from the chat bar under the page, and fine-tune corners, buttons and spacing with Shape and spacing.
  • Engagement tools in Tools: send clients a timer, a poll, a question or an announcement, now or on a schedule.
  • Worksheet follow-ups list what a client has not completed and flag what is late or due before their next session. Remind sends an email and an app notification, and due dates can be set when you assign a worksheet or from the client's Access list.
  • Offers, bundles and programs can include your community and your AI Coach, libraries and articles can become AI Coach knowledge, and the AI Coach can be pinned to the client menu.
  • Start recurring payments for a client who is already in a program. They approve the terms from a link and keep their access, with no re-enrolment.
  • Gold Stars: clients see their weekly progress on Home, get a celebration when they earn a star or badge, and show their badges beside their name.
  • Give a client task a timeframe, such as this week or this quarter, instead of a single day.
  • Turn a session's next steps into tasks in one click, and see this week's summarised sessions in the Latest session notes widget.
  • Community controls per channel: choose who can post or reply, keep followers to the channels they joined, and let event attendees join a channel through a funnel.
  • Events: registrants can change their own date, one registration can cover a whole series, one buyer can book several seats, and hosts get a Zoom start link.
  • Team members get their own coaching overview of their clients, cohorts and sessions, and can arrange their own dashboard.
  • Journeys can start when a client books a session, and QR codes in Analytics show which link or printed code brought each visitor.

Invitations with payment, one map of your emails and session controls

  • Invite a client or member with their access and payment in one invitation, import a whole list from the same window, and send it by email with a personal note or as a link.
  • Automatic emails: one map shows every email Coachful sends on your behalf, in order. Edit any of them, swap one for a sequence, or turn it off.
  • Session types gained a booking cap, can be offered to selected clients only, and can record calls by default for a type, a client or a single session.
  • Impersonate, under Other actions on a client's record, shows their portal and what they can open, read only.
  • Clients can apply a discount code when paying an invoice, and coupons can limit uses in total or per client.
  • Replay rules decide who can watch a recording and for how long.
  • Visitors can switch currency on your website and offer pages when you sell in more than one.
  • Courses can start on a chosen weekday, with the outline visible and locked until then.
  • Your blog uses your website footer and can end with a call to action or an email signup.
  • Michelle and your Claude connection can read full session transcripts, including who spoke when.

Simple Mode, AI conversations in flows and practice partners

A calmer way to run your practice, with everything else one switch away.

  • Simple Mode: a calmer workspace with just Today, Clients, Groups, Sessions, Offers, Community and Website, turned on from the sidebar. Advanced stays the default, and switching never changes your data or your clients' portal.
  • Coaching flows can include an AI conversation step. You write the question and what a complete answer looks like, the AI talks it through with the client, and a summary lands in their reflections.
  • Coach Corner gained Practice and My development, so you can find a practice partner and schedule guided practice rounds with other coaches.
  • Discount codes can be limited to selected clients as well as to products.
  • Customise the Offer step in a funnel with a badge, your own headline, and sections such as benefits and FAQs.
  • Session credits and bundles work for tracked clients without an account, and an expired credit can be restored as a one-off.
  • Disable journey takes a live journey offline: new starts stop, and clients already in it carry on.
FeatureAICommunityPayments

Worksheets from a PDF, monthly session billing and a marketplace that sells

  • Import a worksheet from a PDF with every question kept word for word, then use Personalize for a client to make a tailored copy from their CV.
  • Bill sessions monthly after they happen: pick a billing day per session type, and Coachful charges the client's saved card or sends one invoice for the month.
  • List your own worksheets, forms, practices and AI tools in the tool marketplace, with or without a price. Sales go straight to your connected Stripe account.
  • Before you save a form, worksheet, AI tool or course that is used elsewhere, Coachful shows where it is used, and for forms and worksheets offers to save a copy instead.
  • Forms gained answer rules, such as a pick limit or an answer that stands alone, and a private coach review on each response with Needs review badges.
  • Courses show an Around this course card with the next live session, the course discussion and the client's own takeaways. You can switch it off per course.
  • Your AI Coach can be included in a program or an offer, so clients get it automatically while they have access.
  • Michelle checks in on whether she is helping, a stuck chat can go to support with the conversation attached, and she remembers what you told her in recent chats.
  • Journeys open the coaching flows they use, coach review steps show what the client sent, and automations can run only when a client picks a specific form answer.

Offer tiers, missed-session recovery and templates almost everywhere

  • Offer tiers: sell several plans inside one offer, with monthly and yearly pricing, a comparison table and bonus items, and members can switch plans themselves.
  • Start from a template almost anywhere: courses with quizzes and worksheets, coaching flows and journeys, funnels, offers, and designed looks for your link in bio.
  • Missed-session recovery: when a client or prospect misses a session, send a fresh booking link in one click, or switch on automatic follow-ups.
  • A new Engage menu in community and chat adds Q&A, commitments and pulse checks beside polls. Needs your voice lists questions still waiting for your team, and every channel can be searched.
  • Introduce clients to each other with a double opt-in, group them into buddy pods, and send weekly conversation starters from the program community.
  • Win-to-Proof notices client wins, such as a finished program, a goal reached or a habit streak, and asks for a testimonial at that moment.
  • Approve session recaps before clients receive them, give clients a branded one-page takeaway PDF, and see the promises you made in a session on the client's Overview.
  • Courses gained an Ask your coach box under each lesson, private takeaways clients keep in their journal, video lessons that resume where the client stopped, and an option to require each video to be watched in full.
  • A community tool marketplace where coaches share their own worksheets and guided practices, and you can import any of them as a private copy to edit.
  • Guided tours of every main page, for you and for your clients, replayable from your account menu.

Tools, Michelle chats without credits, and selling in more currencies

More than 340 ready-made coaching tools, and a Michelle you can ask anything without counting credits.

  • Tools: a workspace of more than 340 ready-made coaching tools, from worksheets like the Wheel of Life to guided practices and AI role-plays. Preview each one before you send it or add it to a program, or have Michelle design a new tool from a description or a PDF.
  • Chatting with Michelle no longer uses credits. Questions, planning and lookups are included, and she only charges when she builds or changes something you confirm, with the price on the confirmation card.
  • Sell programs, sessions, resources, bundles, event tickets and offers in more than one currency, each with a price you set. Buyers see their own currency or can switch.
  • Message notification emails: when someone has an unread direct message or mention, they get one email after a short pause, with switches for you and your clients.
  • Coaching flows can branch: show different screens based on a client's answers or earlier steps, nest paths inside paths, and branch your morning, evening and weekly check-ins too.
  • Record with Coachful Studio straight from Add video, a course lesson or the media library, and the recording is saved as a ready-to-use video. No separate screen recorder needed.
  • Four new power-ups, Life & Mindset, Focus & ADHD, Relationships and Business Growth, add ready-made check-ins, trackers and client pages. Executive Coaching gained leadership pulses and a weekly leadership check-in.
  • A library of ready-to-film program templates across coaching niches, each with weekly lessons, worksheets, articles and a filming guide for every video.
  • Offers became the way to package what you sell: pick programs, courses, resources, sessions and community channels from one library, and add an offer to a funnel as its own step.
  • Faster loading across Clients, client details, Progress, community and the dashboard, and much larger uploads across chat, tasks, homework and worksheets.

Event passes, program launches and AI summaries in forms

  • Sell event passes and prepaid vouchers, add ticket categories at checkout, and let one buyer book several seats with a name and reminders for each guest.
  • Each program has a Launch setup panel that brings cohort dates, pricing, applications, optional cohort minimums and a test run of the client's enrolment into one place.
  • Forms and worksheets can end with an AI summary of the client's answers, show scores as a wheel in the style of the Wheel of Life, and be tested as often as you like without saving a response.
  • Upload your brand manual once in Customize, and Michelle and the AI generators write in your voice.
  • The leads page gained an Outreach card to email or sequence selected leads, with a history of what each was sent, and intake bookings can be added to your leads in one click.
  • Import past session notes from PDF, Word or text files into a client's history, and add a profile photo for clients you track without an account.
  • Programs can have an early-bird price with a deadline, shown on the sales page and applied at checkout, including payment plans.

Power-ups, website templates and a new booking page

  • Power-ups for coaching niches, in beta: Fitness & Nutrition, Executive Coaching and Career Coaching add the workflows each kind of coaching needs, and setup installs the one that matches your niche.
  • Website templates: browse designed templates by style, preview them on desktop and phone, and build one with your name, offers, booking link, photo and logo filled in, plus matching About, Services, Contact, Pricing and FAQ pages.
  • A new booking page for your sessions, with what to expect, the duration and the location beside a larger calendar and your logo on top. Visitors book without creating an account.
  • Gemini joins Claude and Codex as an AI connection with its own private link and permissions, where Google offers custom connections. Claude can also be connected from its connector directory.
  • Drip a course: release modules and lessons a number of days after a client starts or on a set date, with locked lessons showing when they open.
  • Agreements can be signed in a funnel before checkout, inside a coaching flow, or as a required Pre-start step of a program.
  • Clients get a private journal, on their profile and as a coaching flow screen, that only they can read.
  • Choose what clients see in Discover: hide Browse, show folders instead of their contents, or show only the resources you pick.
  • Fitness & Nutrition gained everyday foods, calories from the amount eaten, a daily calorie card and My Vitals, and coaches can log meals and workouts for a client. Career Coaching gained connection exports and a LinkedIn growth tracker.
  • The shared inbox has folders and a Trash you can restore from, and email sequences can start when a tag is added.
  • @everyone mentions reach a whole channel, and community posts can be scheduled.

AI roleplay, certificates and a cancellation waitlist

  • AI Roleplay, a new kind of AI tool: you set the scenario, who the client plays and what to look for, and clients practise the conversation by voice or text, then get feedback against your criteria.

  • When a session is cancelled, the slot is offered to waitlisted clients before it returns to your public availability.
  • Revenue Runway in Invoices shows income already committed over the next 90 days from subscriptions, invoices and payment plans.
  • Outcome scorecards track a measurable result for each client over time, and a monthly Pulse asks clients how supported they feel.
  • Program tasks can arrive at a set time, journeys can wait for a time in the client's own time zone, and group programs can run continuously, with members starting their own cycle when they enrol.
  • Habits can ask for a photo or a short reflection at check-in, you can reply to weekly reflections, and monthly recaps gather a client's wins into a draft you review and share to their Progress page.
  • Automations gained Program progress reached and Program completed triggers, and can create a private checkout code or apply a renewal discount.

  • Open a client's details beside the chat, including their programs, next and last session and recent notes, and mute any conversation.

  • A Send a broadcast button on the newsletter subscribers page, and an automation that awards loyalty points when a client hits a weekly Daily Focus goal.

Program applications, form design and Projects

  • Programs can require an application: applicants complete your form and save a card, and you approve and charge, or approve and invite them to pay, from Enrollments.
  • Forms and worksheets have a Design Studio with templates, colours, fonts and answer styles, or design with AI, and questions can be imported from Excel or CSV.
  • Projects in Manage, on every plan: yearly and quarterly objectives, key results and task checklists, plus an optional My Plan tab where clients follow a project you share with them.

Scheduled chat messages, in-call notes and session recaps

  • Take session notes beside the video during a call, and upload your own call backgrounds, which are remembered for next time.
  • Worksheet answers can become tasks, goals or habits for the client, and answers can be assembled into a finished statement the client can edit.
  • After a session, clients get one branded recap with the summary, next steps and recording, and they can choose which emails they receive.
  • Each session type can carry its own guidance for the AI summary, notes and suggested tasks.
  • Email broadcasts can go out in batches instead of all at once, with progress and a way to stop the rest.
  • The leads page gained a summary strip, and Prospects are now called Leads.

  • Sell physical products: a catalog with stock, delivery zones with their own rates, a public shop, an order queue with tracking, and a funnel step that collects the delivery address before payment.

A week of refinements, most of them asked for by coaches in Coach Corner.

  • Email templates and designs, so your emails can be styled from a template, written with AI, or designed through your own Claude or Codex connection.
  • The leads page gained automations and a temperature signal, so you can see which leads are actually warm.
  • The client view now holds documents, and the overview can be edited to show what you care about.
  • A new spreadsheet resource type.
  • Importing is one button: clients, website, programs and more come across for you.
  • Latency and speed work across the app.
  • Multiple goals in the dynamic section.
FeatureAIImprovements

Your words, your Stripe account, and an undo for AI

  • Rename product words across the whole app, so "programs" can be "containers" or whatever your practice actually calls them.
  • Connect an existing Stripe account instead of creating a new one during setup.
  • Everything Michelle and the AI generators produce can now be restored, so an AI rewrite is never a one-way door.
  • Custom domains verify automatically when you connect them.
