Mighty Networks Pricing 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Mighty Networks pricing in October 2026 starts at $79 a month for the Launch plan when you pay annually ($950 a year), or $95 a month billed monthly. Scale costs $179 a month billed annually or $215 billed monthly, and the new Growth plan is $354 a month billed annually, with no monthly-billed price published. Mighty Pro, the only plan with your own branded apps, is custom priced. On top of every plan, Mighty Networks takes a platform fee on your sales (2% on Launch, 1% on Scale, 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro), and Stripe processing comes on top of that.
This guide lists every plan and limit, explains what the fees add up to at real sales volumes, works through three coaching practices from solo to small team, and shows which tools a coach still has to pay for beside Mighty Networks. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Mighty Networks for coaches, so we say where Mighty is the better fit and keep every vendor figure to what the vendor publishes. All Mighty Networks prices and limits below are as listed in October 2026.

What are the Mighty Networks plans and prices in 2026?
Mighty Networks sells four plans: Launch, Scale, Growth and Mighty Pro. The pricing page cards show $79, $179 and $354 "per month" without saying how they are billed; Mighty's own help documentation confirms those are annual-billing prices and gives the monthly-billed prices for Launch ($95) and Scale ($215).
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually (per month) | Hosts and moderators | Storage and livestream | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $95/month | $79/month ($950/year) | 3 hosts, 10 moderators | 200 GB; livestream 20 hours a month, up to 100 attendees | 2% |
| Scale | $215/month | $179/month (about $2,148/year) | 5 hosts, 15 moderators | 500 GB; livestream 30 hours a month, up to 200 attendees | 1% |
| Growth | Not published | $354/month (about $4,248/year) | 10 hosts, 100 moderators | 1 TB; livestream 40 hours a month, up to 1,000 attendees | 0.5% |
| Mighty Pro | Custom quote | Custom quote | Unlimited hosts and moderators | Custom | 0.5% |
There is no free plan. Mighty Networks offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and the trial includes Growth plan features, which matters later when you pick a paid plan. Membership payments run through Stripe, and Mighty says members can be charged in hundreds of local currencies. The plan prices themselves are in US dollars.
Two things changed in 2026 that older reviews will miss. The Growth plan is new, slotting between Scale and the quote-based Mighty Pro. And Scale now lists API and MCP access.
What does each Mighty Networks plan add?
Each step up buys more hosts, more storage and livestream time, more automation and a lower platform fee. The core product (a community feed, courses and events in Mighty's own member apps) is on every plan.

Launch: the full community and course product for a small team
Launch includes the community, courses and events, Mighty's AI Cohost and People Magic features, basic automations, a custom domain and access for members through the Mighty Networks iOS and Android apps at no extra cost. You get 3 hosts and 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 100 attendees. The platform fee is 2% of sales.
For a solo coach running one paid community or membership with a course inside it, Launch covers the community side. The limits that bite first are usually the 100-attendee livestream cap and the 2% fee once sales grow.
Scale: integrations, APIs and a 1% fee
Scale adds more automations, APIs and MCP access, integrations with Kit, Zapier and affiliate tools, and member export with tags. Hosts rise to 5 and moderators to 15, storage to 500 GB and livestreaming to 30 hours a month for up to 200 attendees. The platform fee halves to 1%.
Scale is where Mighty Networks starts to connect to the rest of a coach's stack. If you need Zapier to push new members into your email tool or a scheduling tool, Scale is the first plan that lists it.
Growth: AI automations, migration help and a 0.5% fee
Growth adds advanced and AI automations, priority support, migration services, and optional SSO and white-label email. It allows 10 hosts and 100 moderators, 1 TB of storage and 40 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 1,000 attendees. The fee drops to 0.5%. Mighty publishes Growth only as an annual-billing price.
Mighty Pro: your own branded apps, on a quote
Mighty Pro is custom priced. It is the only plan where your community ships as your own branded iOS and Android apps, and it adds full community services, advanced data reports and unlimited hosts and moderators. The platform fee is 0.5%. On every other plan, members use the Mighty Networks app, where your community sits alongside Mighty's branding.
What fees does Mighty Networks charge on top of the plan?
Mighty Networks charges a platform fee on every sale you make through it: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro. Stripe's card processing is charged separately on top, so the fee is never the full cost of taking a payment.
| Plan | Mighty platform fee | Fee on $1,000 of sales | Fee on $5,000 a month | Fee over a year at $5,000 a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | 2% | $20 | $100 | $1,200 |
| Scale | 1% | $10 | $50 | $600 |
| Growth | 0.5% | $5 | $25 | $300 |
| Mighty Pro | 0.5% | $5 | $25 | $300 |
The sales figures in this table are examples, not benchmarks. Stripe processing is not included in any of them.
When does a higher plan pay for itself?
Because the fee falls as the plan price rises, there is a sales level where the bigger plan becomes cheaper overall. The math is simple: divide the difference in plan price by the difference in fee rate.
- Launch to Scale, billed annually: Scale costs $100 a month more and saves 1% of sales. It breaks even at $10,000 a month in sales through Mighty Networks.
- Launch to Scale, billed monthly: the gap is $120 a month ($95 vs $215), so the break-even is $12,000 a month in sales.
- Scale to Growth, billed annually: Growth costs $175 a month more and saves 0.5% of sales. It breaks even at $35,000 a month in sales.
Below those levels, the cheaper plan wins on cost alone. Above them, the higher plan is cheaper even before you count its extra features. You may move up for host seats or integrations before the fee math justifies it, which is a fine reason as long as you know the cost.
Add-ons, overages and seats
- Branded apps: only on Mighty Pro, quote-based. There is no add-on that brings your own app to Launch, Scale or Growth.
- Engagement Boost: extra storage, livestream time and capacity. Mighty lists it but does not show a price.
- Extra livestream viewers: available up to 10,000 viewers, price not shown.
- Seats: hosts and moderators are capped per plan (3 and 10 on Launch, 5 and 15 on Scale, 10 and 100 on Growth). There is no per-seat add-on price listed; the documented route to more hosts is a higher plan.
If you plan to run large live events, ask Mighty for the Engagement Boost and viewer prices before you sign an annual contract, because neither is on the pricing page.
What does a coach actually pay on Mighty Networks?
For most coaches, the real monthly cost is the plan price, plus 0.5% to 2% of sales, plus Stripe, plus the separate tools Mighty Networks does not include. The table below works through three example practices on annual billing. Sales figures are illustrative.
| Example practice | Cheapest fitting plan | Plan (annual billing) | Platform fee at example sales | Monthly total before Stripe | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo coach, about 15 clients in a paid community with a course, $2,500 a month in sales | Launch | $79 | 2% = $50 | $129 (about $1,548 a year) | Booking with calendar sync, coaching agreements with e-signature, invoicing, a way to track each client's habits and check-ins |
| Group program coach, about 40 members across cohorts, $8,000 a month in sales | Launch (Scale would be $259) | $79 | 2% = $160 | $239 (about $2,868 a year) | The same four, plus Zapier or another connector if you stay on Launch, since Zapier is listed from Scale |
| Four-coach team, $25,000 a month in sales | Scale (Launch allows only 3 hosts) | $179 | 1% = $250 | $429 (about $5,148 a year) | Booking with per-coach availability, agreements, invoicing, per-client progress tracking for every coach |
On monthly billing, the first two practices would pay $16 a month more ($95 instead of $79) and the team would pay $36 a month more ($215 instead of $179). At $25,000 a month, Growth would cost $479 a month ($354 plus 0.5%), still more than Scale, because the team is below the $35,000 break-even.
The team example assumes all four coaches need host access. If your extra coaches can work as moderators, Launch's 10 moderator seats might be enough; check what moderators can do in Mighty's documentation before you choose.
The last column is where Mighty Networks gets expensive for coaches. Mighty's coach-relevant gaps, as listed in October 2026, are no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing, no coaching contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Each one is another subscription, another login and another place a client's information lives. Our guides to Calendly pricing and coaching contracts cover two of those costs.
For comparison, the same three practices on Coachful would sit on these plans: a 15-client practice on Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients, a 40-client practice on Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients, and an unlimited-client practice on Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients, with team plans adding coach seats. Booking, payments, agreements, habits and check-ins are included in your Coachful membership, so the last column of the table above would be empty.

What are the hidden costs and gotchas in Mighty Networks pricing?
The biggest surprises are the unlabelled annual prices, the fee that stacks on Stripe, the branded-app paywall and the tools you still need for 1:1 work. None are hidden in the sense of being secret, but each one changes the number you budget.
- The headline prices are annual. The pricing cards show $79, $179 and $354 "per month" without a billing qualifier. If you want to pay month to month, Launch is $95 and Scale is $215, and Growth has no monthly price published at all.
- The platform fee stacks on Stripe. The 2%, 1% or 0.5% is Mighty's cut. Stripe still charges its own processing fee on the same payment.
- Your own app costs a custom quote. Launch, Scale and Growth all deliver your community through the Mighty Networks app. If a branded app in your own name is part of your offer, budget for Mighty Pro and ask for a quote early.
- The trial shows Growth features. The 14-day trial includes Growth features. If you then subscribe to Launch or Scale, check which automations and features you set up during the trial are Growth-only.
- Livestream caps are per month and per room. Launch allows 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees. A weekly 90-minute group call uses about 6 hours a month, which fits, but a launch week of daily live sessions or a free webinar with more than 100 people does not. Extra capacity is an add-on with no published price.
- Host seats push you up a plan. Launch has 3 hosts. A fourth person who needs host access means Scale, a $100 a month jump on annual billing.
- Leaving is harder than joining. Mighty's plan documentation lists member list export with member tags on Launch and Scale. As of September 2026, posts and content were not bulk-exportable, so a community's history stays behind if you move.
- The 1:1 side of coaching is not there. No scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits or check-ins. These are not add-ons you can buy from Mighty; they are separate tools.
Public reviewers give Mighty Networks a mixed score: 3.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 219 reviews, as seen in October 2026. Read recent reviews before committing to an annual plan.
Software subscriptions and payment processing fees are usually deductible business expenses; the IRS explains the general rules in its guide to deducting business expenses. Rules differ by country and situation, so check with an accountant before you rely on a deduction.
Is Mighty Networks worth it for coaches?
Mighty Networks is worth it when the community is the product: a paid membership, a course with a discussion space, or an audience you want to gather around events. It is a weaker buy when the coaching relationship is the product, because the 1:1 and between-session tools are missing.
Worth it: community-led coaches and membership builders
If your income comes from many members paying a monthly fee to be part of a group, with courses and live events inside, Mighty Networks is built for exactly that. The member apps are included on every plan, community, courses and events sit in one product, and the fee is a fixed percentage. Launch is enough for most solo community builders.
Partly worth it: group program and cohort coaches
Cohort coaches get the community and course side, but have to add booking for intake calls, agreements, payments outside the community, and some way to see how each member is doing between calls. Our guides on running coaching cohorts without Mighty Networks and hosting client masterminds without Mighty Networks show what that stack looks like on one platform instead.
Rarely worth it: 1:1 coaches
Life, business, executive and career coaches who mostly sell 1:1 packages would pay for a community platform and still need scheduling, contracts, invoicing and client records elsewhere. For this group, a coaching platform with those tools built in usually costs less in total and saves the context switching. See coaching software for what that covers.
Rarely worth it: health, wellness and fitness coaches
Health and fitness coaching runs on daily habits, check-ins, workouts and nutrition targets, none of which Mighty Networks tracks per client. Coachful's Fitness and Nutrition pack and health coach setup handle that side. A scope note that applies on any platform: coaching is not medical treatment. Refer clients with symptoms, eating disorders, injuries or medication questions to a licensed clinician, and do not store clinical records in a coaching tool that is not built for them.
Depends on the numbers: coaching teams
A team of four or more coaches lands on Scale for host seats, and on Growth only once sales pass $35,000 a month or you need its automations and migration help. The bigger question is whether each coach needs their own booking calendar and client list, which Mighty Networks does not provide. See Coachful for teams for how team seats work there.

How does Mighty Networks pricing compare with the alternatives?
Mighty Networks sits in the middle of the community-platform market on price, and its 0.5% to 2% platform fee is similar to Circle's. We ranked the options below by what matters most for coaches: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and how much setup you have to do yourself. On those criteria Coachful leads, and the table shows where each platform stands.
| Platform | Entry price | Higher self-serve plans | Platform fee on sales | Free trial | Gaps for coaches |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Yes | No PayPal; not HIPAA-certified; client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app |
| Mighty Networks | Launch $95/month ($79/month annual) | Scale $215 ($179 annual); Growth $354 annual; Mighty Pro custom | 2% / 1% / 0.5% | 14 days, no card | No 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts; no per-client habits or check-ins; own app only on Mighty Pro |
| Circle | Professional $89/month annual | Business $199 annual; Scale $419 annual; Circle Plus custom | 2% / 1% / 1% / 0.5% | 14 days, no card | No 1:1 scheduling or client back office; no per-client habits or check-ins; branded apps only on Circle Plus |
| Skool | Hobby $9/month ($7.50 annual) | Pro $99 ($82.50 annual) | Hobby 10% + 30¢; Pro 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899, 3.9% + 30¢ above | Offered; length not stated | No custom-domain website, funnels or email automation; no client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins |
| Kajabi | Basic $179/month ($143 annual) | Growth $249 ($199 annual); Pro $499 ($399 annual) | Kajabi Payments 2.7% to 2.9% + 30¢; extra 0.5% to 2% on other processors | 14 days | No habits or daily client check-ins; Basic caps at 2,500 contacts and 5 products |
| Podia | Mover $49/month ($42 annual) | Shaker $99 ($84 annual); Earthquaker $179 ($150 annual) | 5% on Mover; 0% above | 14 days, no card | Small email allowances; no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans |
| Thinkific | Start $109/month ($82 annual) | Grow $219 ($164 annual); Expand $499 ($374 annual) | 0% with Thinkific Payments | 30 days | No client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans; branded app is a paid add-on |
Competitor prices are as listed in October 2026. Circle publishes only annual-billing prices on its pricing page.
Circle is the closest like-for-like rival. Its Professional plan is $89 a month billed annually against Mighty's $79, with the same 2% fee at entry level and a 1% fee on both Business and Scale. Circle's 14-day trial also needs no card. Pick Circle over Coachful if your business is a large community first and coaching second, and you want a dedicated community tool with no 1:1 features to pay for.

Skool is far cheaper to start at $9 a month, but its fees are higher: 10% plus 30¢ on Hobby, and 2.9% plus 30¢ (3.9% above $900) on Pro, with payments only through Skool Payments. It has no website, funnels or email automation. Our Skool pricing guide works through those fees. Pick Skool over Coachful if you want the simplest possible gamified group with a classroom and do not need a website or 1:1 tools.

Kajabi costs nearly twice as much as Mighty at entry level and bundles websites, funnels and email with courses and community. Its fees work differently: Kajabi Payments charges 2.7% to 2.9% plus 30¢ depending on plan, and using another processor adds a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. See our Kajabi pricing breakdown. Pick Kajabi over Coachful if you mainly sell courses and digital products to a large audience and coaching is a smaller part of revenue.

Podia and Thinkific are course-first. Podia's Shaker plan at $84 a month annual removes the 5% Mover fee; Thinkific raised its prices by about 10% on August 13, 2026, and charges no platform fee with its own payments. Pick either over Coachful if a self-paced course catalogue is your main product and you do not run 1:1 or cohort coaching.

What is Coachful, and how is it priced?
Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and clients get one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
Coachful's pricing is a set of flat monthly plans (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and the Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions. Monthly plans cancel in one click. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on sales, so the only payment cost is the processing on your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.
What Coachful covers that Mighty Networks does not
- Booking: booking pages with availability rules, buffers and minimum notice; two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; email reminders, plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled; paid sessions and session credits; and round-robin assignment across coaches. See scheduling software.
- Payments and invoices: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Stripe Tax, and an invoice for each transaction. See coaching payment software.
- Agreements: coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Between-session delivery: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goal progress bars and streaks.
- Client records: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions in one place, with each client marked thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

What Coachful shares with Mighty Networks
Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and it creates cohort groups automatically when a client enrolls in a program. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and are delivered into the client's branded home and app. Group calls and webinars run inside the platform. See group coaching software for the full group setup.

This walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered to clients:

What Coachful does not do
- It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- It does not take PayPal, and there is no permanent free plan.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
- It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and has no stock exercise videos.
- It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins.
- The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.
If you need any of those, Mighty Networks or another tool in the table may suit you better.
How to start
Start with a free trial, connect your Stripe or Razorpay account, and either build your own setup from the 40-plus program templates, 48 course templates and 30 homepage templates, or ask the team to build it. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, which matters if you are moving a community off Mighty Networks.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or automation), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Another: a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How can you save money on Mighty Networks?
The biggest savings come from annual billing, choosing the plan by break-even math rather than features, and cutting the separate tools you run beside it.
- Pay annually if you are sure. Launch costs $950 a year on annual billing against $1,140 on monthly billing, a saving of $190. Scale saves about $432 a year ($2,148 against $2,580). Only commit once the trial has convinced you, because annual plans lock in the spend.
- Use the break-even numbers. Stay on Launch until sales through Mighty pass about $10,000 a month (annual billing) or $12,000 (monthly billing), unless you need Scale's hosts or integrations. Move to Growth for the fee only above about $35,000 a month.
- Test on Launch limits during the trial. The trial includes Growth features. Write down which ones you rely on before day 14, so you do not build around a feature your plan will not have.
- Use moderators before hosts. Launch includes 10 moderator seats. If your helpers only need to moderate, you may avoid the jump to Scale.
- Ask for add-on prices up front. Engagement Boost and extra livestream viewers have no published price. Get a quote before planning a large live launch.
- Count the whole stack. If you pay separately for scheduling, contracts, invoicing and a habit tracker, add those to the Mighty bill. A single coaching platform can cost less than Mighty plus four tools. Our coaching pricing audit walks through listing every cost.
- Price your offer for the fee. A 2% platform fee plus processing comes out of every sale. Build it into your membership or program price; the group coaching pricing calculator shows how to include platform costs in a break-even price.
Frequently asked questions about Mighty Networks pricing
Does Mighty Networks have a free plan?
No. Mighty Networks has no free plan, as listed in October 2026. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and the trial includes Growth plan features.
Is the $79 Mighty Networks price monthly or annual?
The $79 Launch price is the per-month cost when you pay for a year upfront, which comes to $950 a year. Billed monthly, Launch is $95 a month. The pricing page cards do not say this; Mighty's help documentation confirms it.
What is the Mighty Networks transaction fee?
Mighty Networks charges a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro. Stripe processing is charged separately on top. On $5,000 a month of sales, that platform fee is $100 on Launch and $50 on Scale.
How much does Mighty Pro cost?
Mighty Pro is custom priced, so you need a quote from Mighty's sales team. It is the only plan with your own branded iOS and Android apps, unlimited hosts and moderators, and advanced data reports, and it carries a 0.5% platform fee.
Can I get my own branded app on Mighty Networks?
Only on Mighty Pro. On Launch, Scale and Growth, members use the Mighty Networks iOS and Android apps, which are included at no extra cost but carry Mighty's branding.
Does Mighty Networks include scheduling, contracts or invoicing for 1:1 coaching?
No. As listed in October 2026, Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing and no coaching contracts, and no per-client habits or check-ins. Coaches who sell 1:1 work add separate tools for each, or use a coaching platform that includes them.
Which Mighty Networks plan should a coach choose?
Most solo coaches should start on Launch. Move to Scale if you need more than 3 hosts, Zapier or Kit integrations, or once sales through Mighty pass about $10,000 a month. Growth only makes sense on fees alone above about $35,000 a month.
Can I export my members if I leave Mighty Networks?
Mighty's plan documentation lists member list export, with member tags, on Launch and Scale. As of September 2026, posts and other community content were not bulk-exportable, so plan on keeping your own copies of course material.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach links and files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Does Coachful take a cut of sales like Mighty Networks?
No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only the processing fees on your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.
