Calendly Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Calendly pricing in October 2026 starts with a Free plan and then charges per seat: Standard is $10 per seat per month, Teams is $16, Teams Plus is $24, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum. Those monthly figures are annual-billing prices, because the pricing page no longer prints month-to-month rates. Calendly documents no fee of its own on client payments, so the only payment cost is your own Stripe or PayPal processing.
For a coach, the plan price is the small part of the bill. Calendly books the call and sends the reminders. It does not hold contracts, invoices, client notes, programs or check-ins, so a coaching practice needs other tools beside it. This guide covers every plan, every fee, what a solo coach and a three-coach team actually pay, the gotchas, and how Calendly compares with Coachful, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore and TidyCal. We make Coachful, so we also say plainly where Calendly is the better buy.
What are Calendly's plans and prices in 2026?
Calendly lists five plans in October 2026: Free, Standard, Teams, Teams Plus and Enterprise, plus a Standard Plus tier that appears in the comparison table without a printed price. Every paid plan is charged per seat, which means per user who needs their own scheduling account.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually (per seat, per month) | Limits | Main additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 event type, 1 calendar connection, 1:1 scheduling only | Customizable booking page, browser extension |
| Standard | Not shown on the pricing page | $10 (labelled "Save 17%") | Per seat; up to 6 calendar connections; unlimited event types | Automations and reminders, HubSpot and Mailchimp, Stripe and PayPal payments, Callie (beta) email scheduling |
| Standard Plus | Not shown | Not shown | Per seat | Standard plus Notetaker and Callie |
| Teams | Not shown on the pricing page | $16 for 1 to 30 seats (labelled "Save 20%"), $14.50 for 31 to 50 seats, down to $12 at 301+ seats | Per seat; volume tiers on annual billing | Round-robin and team scheduling, lead qualification and routing, managed event types, Salesforce meeting sync, Marketo and Pardot, team analytics |
| Teams Plus | Not shown | $24 for 1 to 30 seats ($8 more per seat than Teams at each tier) | Per seat | Everything in Teams plus Notetaker and Callie |
| Enterprise | Not shown | Starts at $15,000 a year | 50-seat minimum; USD only | Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics, SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, data deletion API, dedicated support |
Annual billing multiplies out simply. One Standard seat costs $120 a year, one Teams seat $192 a year and one Teams Plus seat $288 a year. Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year, which works out to $300 per seat per year at the 50-seat minimum, so it is aimed at large organizations rather than coaching practices.
What about monthly billing? The page labels annual Standard "Save 17%" and annual Teams "Save 20%" but does not print the month-to-month figure. Working backwards from those labels gives roughly $12 per seat for Standard and $20 per seat for Teams on monthly billing. Treat those as estimates, not listed prices, and confirm the figure on the checkout screen before you commit.

What does each Calendly plan add?
Each step up adds either more event types and integrations (Standard), team scheduling and routing (Teams), Notetaker and Callie (the Plus tiers) or security and administration (Enterprise). Here is what each tier changes for a coach, as listed in October 2026.
Free: one booking link and one calendar
The Free plan gives you one event type, one calendar connection, a customizable booking page and the browser extension. It covers 1:1 scheduling only. In practice that means one kind of meeting, such as a 20-minute discovery call, checked against one calendar. Stripe and PayPal payments are listed from Standard upward, so you cannot charge for a session on Free.
Standard: unlimited event types and paid bookings
Standard ($10 per seat per month, billed annually) removes the event-type cap and lets you connect up to six calendars. It adds automations and reminders, HubSpot and Mailchimp integrations, Stripe and PayPal payments, and Callie (beta) for scheduling over email. For a solo coach this is the first plan that can take money at booking, send reminders, and offer separate event types for a discovery call, a paid single session and a follow-up.
Teams: round-robin and routing
Teams ($16 per seat per month, billed annually, for 1 to 30 seats) adds round-robin and team scheduling, lead qualification and routing, managed event types, Salesforce meeting sync, Marketo and Pardot integrations, and team analytics. Annual pricing steps down with volume: $14.50 per seat for 31 to 50 seats, then lower tiers down to $12 per seat at 301 seats and above. A coaching company that routes prospects to the right coach from a form, or shares one booking link across several coaches, needs this tier.
Standard Plus and Teams Plus: Notetaker and Callie
The Plus tiers bundle Calendly's Notetaker with Callie. Teams Plus costs $24 per seat per month on annual billing, which is $8 more per seat than Teams at every volume tier. Standard Plus appears in the comparison table in October 2026 without a visible price, so check it inside your account before planning around it. Standard's own feature list already includes Callie in beta; the Plus tiers are where Notetaker comes in.
Enterprise: security and administration
Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum and is billed in USD only. It adds Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics, SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API and dedicated support. SCIM provisioning is sold as an Enterprise add-on. Unless your coaching business has 50 or more people taking bookings, this tier does not apply to you.

What fees does Calendly charge on top of the plan price?
Calendly documents no transaction fee of its own: when a client pays at booking, the money moves through your own Stripe or PayPal account and you pay that processor's rates. The extra costs come from add-ons, from seats, and from the tools Calendly does not include.
| Cost type | What Calendly lists (October 2026) | What it means for a coach |
|---|---|---|
| Transaction fee | None documented | Calendly keeps none of your session fee |
| Payment processing | Your own Stripe or PayPal account, on Standard and above | You pay the processor's standard rates; check them on your Stripe or PayPal account |
| Add-ons | Notetaker and Callie through Standard Plus or Teams Plus (Teams Plus is $8 more per seat per month than Teams, annually); SSO security add-on for Teams; SCIM provisioning for Enterprise | Notetaker is a tier upgrade for every seat, not a single toggle |
| Overages | No usage overages listed; limits are plan features (event types, calendar connections) | You upgrade the plan when you hit a cap rather than pay per extra booking |
| Seats | Every paid plan is per seat; Teams volume discounts start at 31 seats | A team of two to thirty coaches pays the full per-seat price for each person |
| Currency | Prices listed in USD; Enterprise sold in USD only | If you earn in another currency, check the billing currency at checkout |
For comparison, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on client payments (since August 2026), and you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Neither tool takes a cut of your session fees. TidyCal is the exception in this group, with a 1% fee on Stripe payments on its Free and Lifetime plans and none on Pro.
Should you pay for Calendly monthly or annually?
Pay annually once you know how many seats you need for the next twelve months; until then, the flexibility of monthly billing is worth a little more per seat. The prices Calendly advertises are annual-billing prices, and the "Save 17%" and "Save 20%" labels are the reward for committing.
Three things decide it for a coaching practice:
- Is your offer settled? If you are still testing whether paid booking works for you, or whether you even need more than one event type, a month or two on monthly billing keeps you free to drop back to the Free plan.
- Is your team size stable? Annual billing is per seat. If you plan to bring on an associate coach mid-year, or one might leave, wait until the headcount settles before you lock it in.
- Do you know the month-to-month price? It is not printed on the pricing page in October 2026. The discount labels suggest about $12 for Standard and $20 for Teams per seat, but check the checkout screen before you assume the gap.
On a single Standard seat, the gap between the estimated monthly price and the annual price is about $24 a year. On a three-seat Teams plan it is about $144 a year. Those gaps are modest, so do not let the discount push you into a twelve-month commitment before you have decided what the rest of your stack looks like. Our guide to managing client scheduling without Calendly is a good check before you renew.
What does a coach actually pay for Calendly?
A solo coach who takes paid sessions pays $120 a year for Calendly Standard, and a three-coach team on Teams pays $576 a year, before processing fees and before the other tools a coaching practice still needs. The table shows four common setups. Coachful sits in the first row for comparison, because it replaces the tools in the right-hand column.
| Tool | Setup | Plan and yearly price | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo coach or small team running sessions and programs | Up to 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. Unlimited clients: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | None for the core client journey: booking, payments, contracts, programs, check-ins, courses, community, website and email are included in your Coachful membership; Stripe or Razorpay processing applies |
| Calendly | Solo coach booking unpaid discovery calls only | Free: $0 | A way to take payments, contracts and e-signature, invoicing, client notes and records, program delivery and check-ins, email marketing, website |
| Calendly | Solo coach taking paid 1:1 sessions | Standard: $10 a month billed annually, $120 a year | Contracts and e-signature, invoicing, client notes and records, program delivery and check-ins, courses, email marketing, website |
| Calendly | Team of three coaches with round-robin booking | Teams: 3 seats at $16 = $48 a month billed annually, $576 a year | The same list as above, shared across three coaches |
| Calendly | Team of three with Notetaker and Callie | Teams Plus: 3 seats at $24 = $72 a month billed annually, $864 a year | The same list as above |
Read the right-hand column as part of the price. Calendly gets the client into your calendar. After that, a coaching engagement needs an agreement signed before the first call, an invoice or payment plan, somewhere to keep session notes and intake answers, and a place where the client works between sessions. If you sell programs, add a course or client portal, an email tool for nurture and a website to send people to. Each of those is a separate subscription, a separate login for you, and often a separate login for your client.
To get your real figure, list the tools you use today beside Calendly and add their current prices to the Calendly line. That total is the number to compare. If you are pricing a bigger all-in-one instead, our breakdowns of Kajabi pricing and GoHighLevel pricing use the same approach, and the coaching pricing audit shows how software costs feed into your session fees.

The screen above is Coachful's Sessions calendar in a demo account. Client records, payments and programs live in the same account, under the same login. More on that in the scheduling software overview.

What hidden costs and gotchas come with Calendly pricing?
The main gotchas are that advertised prices assume annual billing, payments need a paid plan, every coach is a separate seat, and the AI tools sit on separate Plus tiers. None of these is buried in fine print, but each changes what you pay.
- Monthly prices are not printed. The $10 and $16 headline prices are annual-billing figures. If you want to pay month to month, you only see that price at checkout.
- The Free plan cannot take payments. Stripe and PayPal payments start on Standard. Free also caps you at one event type and one calendar connection, so a separate paid-session link means upgrading.
- Every coach pays for a seat. A team of five on Teams pays 5 seats at $16, or $80 a month billed annually ($960 a year). The first volume discount starts at 31 seats, so small coaching teams pay the full rate.
- Notetaker costs a tier, not a toggle. Teams Plus adds $8 per seat per month over Teams. For three coaches that is $288 a year extra, even if only one of them records sessions.
- Trial terms are not on the pricing page. In October 2026 the trial question in the pricing FAQ shows no answer. Our September 2026 profile recorded a 14-day Teams trial with no card that falls back to the Free plan afterwards. Plan for the Free plan's one-event-type limit when any trial ends.
- Security extras cost more. SSO is a security add-on for Teams, and SCIM provisioning is an Enterprise add-on.
- Calendly stops at the booking. There are no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no intake questionnaires beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. Each of those becomes another subscription, another login and another integration to maintain.
- Exports cover events, not client history. Scheduled events export to CSV (per our September 2026 profile), bookings also sit in your synced calendar, and payments sit in Stripe or PayPal. Your notes and client progress live wherever you keep them, which is another tool.
Public reviewers mostly rate Calendly well: it holds 4.1 on Trustpilot from 714 reviews as of October 2026. The gotchas above are less about the scheduling itself and more about what a coaching practice has to buy around it.
In Coachful, the pieces Calendly leaves out sit next to the booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, and each transaction creates an invoice, with manual invoices when you need them. See coaching contracts and coaching payment software for the details.

Is Calendly worth it for your kind of coaching practice?
Calendly is worth it if booking is the only problem you need solved, and poor value if you deliver programs, because you will pay for it plus a stack of other tools. Here is how it plays out by coach type.
Coaches who only need a discovery-call link
If all you need is one link for a short intro call, Calendly's Free plan does the job at no cost. You get one event type, one calendar and a booking page. Once you want a second call type, reminders or payment at booking, you are on Standard. New coaches deciding what to set up first can start with our guide for new coaches.
Solo coaches selling single sessions
Standard at $120 a year is fair value if you already own the rest of the stack: a website, a contract tool, invoicing and somewhere to keep notes. It is weaker value if you are about to buy those tools, because each one adds its own subscription. Before you settle on per-session selling, read hourly vs package pricing for coaches and pricing coaching packages, since a package model changes what software you need.
Coaches who deliver programs
Life, career, mindset and fitness coaches who run multi-week programs get the least from Calendly. It books the session, but the work between sessions (weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, check-ins) needs another home. Coachful puts that work in the same place as the booking: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks, delivered into the client's branded app. See how it works for life coaches and in the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
If you coach in health or fitness, keep the scope line clear: coaching is not treatment. Habit and accountability work is coaching; diagnosing, prescribing or treating a condition is not. Refer clients to a doctor, registered dietitian or licensed therapist when symptoms, medications, disordered eating or mental health concerns come up. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping.

Coaching teams and small firms
Calendly Teams includes round-robin booking, but each coach is a $16 seat on annual billing, and the routing and analytics only solve the scheduling side. Coachful supports round-robin or least-busy assignment for multi-coach session types, and its team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions. Read more on Coachful for teams.
Executive and business coaches selling into companies
This is where Calendly has a real edge. Teams includes lead qualification and routing and Salesforce meeting sync, Standard connects to HubSpot, and Enterprise adds Salesforce lookup routing. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. If your sales process runs through a corporate CRM, Calendly is the better booking layer. If your clients are individual leaders you coach over months, Coachful's client records, agreements and ICF hour tracking matter more. See Coachful for executive coaches and for business coaches.
How does Calendly pricing compare with Coachful, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore and TidyCal?
Among the booking tools here, Calendly's entry price sits in the middle, and like the others it covers scheduling only. Coachful is priced as a whole coaching platform rather than a booking app.
How we rank: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (Coachful includes a free white-glove build).
| Tool | Starting paid price (October 2026) | Free plan or trial | Fee on client payments | Trustpilot | What it covers for coaches |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | A free trial | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | 4.5 from 21 reviews | Booking, payments, contracts, programs, habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, email, AI assistant |
| Calendly | Standard: $10 per seat a month, billed annually | Free plan (1 event type, 1 calendar); trial terms not shown on the pricing page | None documented; Stripe or PayPal rates | 4.1 from 714 reviews | Scheduling only: booking pages, reminders, paid bookings |
| Acuity Scheduling | Starter: $20 a month, or $16 a month billed annually | 7-day trial on every plan, no card | None mentioned; Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo rates | 3.6 from 687 reviews | Scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships |
| Setmore | Pro: $12 per user a month, or $5 a month billed annually | Free plan for up to 4 users; Pro "risk-free for 30 days" with a refund on request | Not shown; processor rates apply | 4.9 from 3,274 reviews | Booking page, reminders and payments |
| TidyCal | Pro: $12 a month, or $8.25 a month billed annually; lifetime plans also sold | Free plan; no trial stated | 1% on Stripe payments on Free and Lifetime plans; 0% on Pro | 3.1 from 182 reviews | Low-cost booking with paid bookings and packages |
Ratings were seen on Trustpilot in October 2026. Scores built on a few dozen reviews move faster than scores built on thousands, so read them alongside the feature column.
1. Coachful: the whole client journey under one login
Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. It is built for coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.
On scheduling alone it covers what most coaches use Calendly for: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; email reminders plus SMS reminders 24 hours before and WhatsApp reminders 1 hour before once messaging is enabled; paid sessions and session credits; and intake questions on booking. Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling inside Coachful:
The difference shows after the booking. Each client has a record with goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: it briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and builds programs. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Pricing. Coachful uses flat monthly plans. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
How to start. Start a free trial, then ask the team to build your setup. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, offer or sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio, event or automation) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away who got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a somatic coach leaving Kajabi whose homepage and About page were rebuilt with the contact form connected. Read more about the white-glove service.

Moving from Calendly specifically? Our Coachful vs Calendly comparison and Calendly alternative page go feature by feature, and automating client scheduling without Calendly covers the booking rules to recreate.
2. Acuity Scheduling: intake forms and packages
Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, is an appointment scheduler with intake forms, packages and memberships. As listed in October 2026, Starter is $20 a month ($16 billed annually) with 1 calendar, Standard is $34 a month ($27 annually) with up to 6 calendars, Premium is $69 a month ($55 annually) with up to 36 calendars, and Enterprise is custom with unlimited calendars. Every plan has a 7-day trial with no card. Acuity takes no fee of its own; your Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo rates apply. Text reminders start on Standard.
Like Calendly, it has no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Our Calendly vs Acuity comparison covers the two side by side.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need appointment booking with richer intake forms and packages, or if you need a HIPAA BAA, which Acuity offers on Premium and Coachful does not.
3. Setmore: the lowest annual per-user price
Setmore is an appointment scheduling app with a booking page, reminders and payments. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers up to 4 users with unlimited appointments and one email reminder but no SMS and no two-way calendar sync. Pro is $12 per user a month, or $5 a month billed annually, with 500 SMS credits per user per month. Pro comes with a "risk-free for 30 days" refund offer; the card requirement is not stated. It has no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and no contracts or invoicing workflow on its pricing page.

Pick it over Coachful if you need a no-cost booking page for a small team, or the lowest per-user price for SMS reminders, and you keep client work in other tools.
4. TidyCal: low-cost booking with a lifetime option
TidyCal is a low-cost booking tool sold through AppSumo, with paid bookings and packages. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes unlimited booking types and bookings with one readable and one writable calendar. Individual and Agency Lifetime plans add 10 readable calendars (Agency adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada). Pro is $12 a month, or $8.25 billed annually, with unlimited calendar connections and SMS reminders. The catch: TidyCal takes 1% of Stripe payments on Free and Lifetime plans, and 0% on Pro.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest possible booking cost or a one-time purchase, and your paid booking volume is small enough that a 1% fee does not matter.
How can you save money on Calendly?
The biggest savings come from paying only for seats that take bookings, staying on Free while you only run discovery calls, and billing annually once your headcount is stable. In order of impact:
- Keep discovery calls on Free until you need a second event type, reminders or payments.
- Use Standard if you are solo. Round-robin, routing and team analytics on Teams need more than one host to be useful, and Teams costs $6 more per seat per month on annual billing.
- Give seats only to people who take bookings. At $16 a seat on Teams, one unused seat is $192 a year.
- Skip the Plus tier unless you will use Notetaker every week. For a three-coach team, Teams Plus costs $288 a year more than Teams.
- Bill annually once your offer and team are settled. The pricing page labels the saving at 17% for Standard and 20% for Teams.
- Check your processor. Calendly adds no fee, but Stripe and PayPal do. Compare their rates for the way your clients pay.
- Put the renewal date in your calendar. Review seats and tier a month before an annual plan renews.
- Count the whole stack. If you pay for Calendly plus contracts, invoicing, a client portal, email and a website, consolidating can save more than any discount on a single tool.
If you deliver programs, calculate that last point first. Coachful replaces the booking tool and the tools around it, with a 0% platform fee on payments, and the white-glove build sets up your website, funnels and programs for you. For the pricing side of your own offer, coaching package pricing strategy and value-based pricing for coaches are good next reads, and the coaching software overview shows what is included in your Coachful membership.
Frequently asked questions about Calendly pricing
How much does Calendly cost per month in 2026?
As listed in October 2026, Calendly Standard is $10 per seat per month and Teams is $16 per seat per month, both billed annually. Teams Plus is $24 per seat per month, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year. The pricing page does not print month-to-month prices, so check checkout if you want to pay monthly.
Is Calendly free?
Yes, Calendly has a Free plan. It includes one event type, one calendar connection, 1:1 scheduling, a customizable booking page and the browser extension. It does not include payments, which start on Standard.
Does Calendly take a fee on client payments?
Calendly documents no transaction fee of its own. Payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal account on Standard and above, and you pay those processors' rates.
Does Calendly have a free trial?
The pricing page did not show trial terms in October 2026; the FAQ question is there without a visible answer. Our September 2026 profile recorded a 14-day Teams trial with no card, falling back to the Free plan afterwards. Confirm the current terms at sign-up.
How much does Calendly cost for a team of coaches?
Teams is $16 per seat per month on annual billing for 1 to 30 seats, so three coaches pay $576 a year and ten coaches pay $1,920 a year. The first volume discount is $14.50 per seat at 31 to 50 seats. Adding Notetaker and Callie through Teams Plus costs $8 more per seat per month.
What is the difference between Calendly Teams and Teams Plus?
Teams Plus includes everything in Teams plus Notetaker and Callie. It costs $8 more per seat per month than Teams at every tier, which is $24 per seat for 1 to 30 seats on annual billing.
Is Calendly worth it for a coach?
It is worth it if you only need booking and already own the rest of your tools. If you deliver programs, you will also pay for contracts, invoicing, client records, a client portal, email and a website, so add up that stack and compare it with an all-in-one coaching platform.
Can Coachful replace Calendly?
For most coaches, yes. Coachful includes booking pages, two-way calendar sync, reminders, paid sessions, session credits, intake questions and round-robin booking, alongside contracts, programs and client records. It does not offer PayPal, Salesforce or HubSpot integration, or routing forms that pick a host from form answers, so sales-led teams that rely on those may keep Calendly.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence and more. You attach reference links and files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Can I export my data if I leave Calendly?
Scheduled events export to CSV, according to our September 2026 profile. Your bookings also live in your synced calendar and your payments in your own Stripe or PayPal account, so moving away mostly means recreating event types and booking rules in the new tool.
