Systeme io Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Systeme io pricing in October 2026 comes down to four plans on Systeme.io's pricing page: Free at $0, Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 a month and Unlimited at $97 a month. Annual billing is advertised as "2 months free", and Systeme.io takes a 0% transaction fee on every plan, including Free, so the only cut of your sales goes to Stripe or PayPal. The plans differ mostly in how many contacts, funnels and courses you can run.
For a coach, that sticker price is only half the bill. Systeme.io is a marketing suite built around funnels, email, courses, a blog, communities and an affiliate program. Its pricing page lists no client habits, daily check-ins, per-client programs or e-signed coaching agreements, so coaches who deliver programs usually pay for a second or third tool to run the coaching itself. This guide covers every plan and limit, every fee, worked budgets for three sizes of coaching business, the gotchas, and how the totals compare with five alternatives and with Coachful.
We make Coachful, so read our recommendation with that in mind. Every Systeme.io figure below is as listed on its public pricing page in October 2026; anything older is marked with the September 2026 date of our earlier record.

How much does Systeme.io cost in 2026?
Systeme.io costs $0, $17, $47 or $97 a month, as listed in October 2026. The monthly prices are the same as in our September 2026 record; what changed is the set of limits printed under each plan.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Contacts | Funnels | Courses | Other limits and extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 2,000 | 3 | 1 | 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 affiliate program, 1 automation rule, 1 email campaign; unlimited email sends |
| Startup | $17/month | "2 months free" (about $170 a year) | 5,000 | 10 | 5 | Higher limits than Free; unlimited email sends |
| Webinar | $47/month | "2 months free" (about $470 a year) | 10,000 | 50 | 20 | Adds evergreen webinars |
| Unlimited | $97/month | "2 months free" (about $970 a year) | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited automation rules; no caps |
| For teams | Not printed | Not printed | Not printed | Not printed | Not printed | "Book a call" button instead of a price |
Three details sit around that table. Every plan card says "No credit card required" under its sign-up button, and the Free plan never expires. The page shows prices with a "$" sign but does not name the currency, so if you live outside the US, check the currency on the checkout screen before you enter a card. And the annual toggle promises "2 months free" without printing the yearly totals any more.
Two months free on a 12-month term means paying for 10 months. That works out to $170, $470 and $970 a year for Startup, Webinar and Unlimited, which matches the yearly totals Systeme.io printed when we recorded its pricing in September 2026. Spread over 12 months, that is about $14.17, $39.17 and $80.83 a month. Confirm the exact amount at checkout, since the current page no longer states it.
The plan FAQ on the same page maps plans to list size: under 2,000 contacts, Free; 2,000 to 5,000, Startup; 5,000 to 10,000, Webinar; over 10,000, Unlimited. In other words, Systeme.io scales with your email list, not with the number of people you coach.

What does each Systeme.io plan add?
Each step up raises the caps on contacts, funnels and courses. Only one plan adds a feature the others lack (evergreen webinars on the Webinar plan), and Unlimited removes the caps altogether.
Free: $0 for building a first list
The Free plan gives you 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 affiliate program, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, with unlimited email sends. It never expires and needs no card. For a new coach testing one lead magnet and one discovery-call funnel, that is enough to start.
The limit most coaches hit first is the single automation rule. As an example, tagging everyone who downloads your guide is one rule; enrolling buyers of a mini course into that course is a second. The single email campaign is the other early wall: one welcome sequence fits, a second sequence for a different offer does not.
Startup: $17 a month for a small coaching business
Startup raises the caps to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. If you have read a review that says Startup includes unlimited funnels, it is out of date: our September 2026 record showed unlimited funnels, and the October 2026 page lists 10.
Ten funnels still covers a lead magnet, a discovery-call page, a sales page for a group program and a handful of low-ticket offers. A coach who builds a fresh funnel for every workshop or seasonal challenge can fill them quickly, and the next step up is Webinar at $47.
Webinar: $47 a month for evergreen webinars
Webinar lifts the caps to 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses, and adds evergreen webinars: recorded presentations that run on a schedule as if they were live. It is the plan for coaches who sell a program from a webinar. It is also the plan you are pushed into once your list passes 5,000 contacts, even if you never run a webinar.
Unlimited: $97 a month with no caps
Unlimited removes the caps on contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules. A coach with a list above 10,000 contacts has no other option on the plan cards. Systeme.io's own FAQ notes that Unlimited costs the same as ClickFunnels, and that holds at entry level: ClickFunnels Launch was listed at $97 a month in October 2026 with a 10K contact cap.
What every Systeme.io plan includes
Under an "All plans include" heading, Systeme.io lists unlimited emailing, unlimited file storage, unlimited students, no transaction fees on Stripe or PayPal payments, your own affiliate program and online support. Its comparison grid adds unlimited sub-accounts on every plan, each with the same limits as your main plan at no extra cost.
The same grid covers a booking calendar (events and bookings), CRM pipelines, SMS marketing, assistant accounts, physical products, a link-in-bio page, and integrations with Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid and Twilio. The plan cards themselves only print contacts, funnels and courses, so open the grid and check the per-plan amounts of bookings, assistant accounts and SMS before you commit.
What fees does Systeme.io charge on top of the plan?
Systeme.io adds no transaction fee on any plan and lists no paid add-ons. What you pay beyond the plan is payment processing, a jump to the next tier when you outgrow a cap, and possibly SMS sending.
| Cost type | What Systeme.io charges (October 2026) | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Platform transaction fee | 0% on every plan, Free included | Nothing; this is one of its strongest points |
| Payment processing | Your Stripe, PayPal or other gateway rate | Example: about $29.30 per $1,000 charge at 2.9% + 30¢ |
| Annual billing | "2 months free" | Yearly totals are not printed; check at checkout |
| Paid add-ons | None listed | No contact packs or bolt-ons to buy |
| Going over a cap | No overage pricing listed | You move up a tier: +$30 from Startup to Webinar, +$50 from Webinar to Unlimited |
| Extra users | Assistant accounts in the grid; "For teams" by call | Per-plan counts are not on the plan cards |
| Sub-accounts | Unlimited, same limits as your plan, no extra cost | Useful for a second brand |
| SMS | Listed in the grid; no per-message rate printed | Ask support before building SMS into a funnel |
| Migration | Free migration listed as a perk | Moving out again is the harder direction |
Transaction and processing fees
The pricing page says you can "Accept payments using Stripe or PayPal at no extra cost", and the comparison grid lists 0% transaction fees across the plans. You still pay your processor. As an example, at a card rate of 2.9% + 30¢, a $1,000 program paid in one charge costs $29.30 to process. The same program split into four $250 payments costs $30.20, because the 30¢ applies to each charge.
Beyond Stripe and PayPal, the grid lists Apple Pay, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago and Xendit integrations, plus cash on delivery for physical products. That range matters if your clients pay from markets where Stripe is less common.
Overages and tier jumps
The page lists no overage charges and no add-on contact packs. The tier is the overage. Pass 5,000 contacts on Startup and you need Webinar, a $30 a month increase; pass 10,000 on Webinar and you need Unlimited, another $50 a month. A single list-building promotion can do that. Example: a coach at 4,200 contacts runs a free five-day challenge that adds 1,500 sign-ups and moves from $17 to $47 a month.
Seats, assistants and sub-accounts
Systeme.io's grid lists assistant accounts under team management, and a separate "For teams" option sends you to book a call rather than showing a price. Sub-accounts are unlimited on every plan at no extra charge. For a coach who runs two brands, say a career-coaching practice and a separate course business, that saves paying for a second account.
SMS and other usage
SMS marketing and a Twilio SMS integration appear in the grid, but the pricing page prints no per-message rates. If text reminders matter to your coaching, ask Systeme.io support what sending costs and which account it bills before you build texts into a funnel or a booking flow.
What does a coach actually pay for Systeme.io?
A new coach can run on Systeme.io for $0, and a coach with a 12,000-person list pays $97 a month. The larger and less visible cost is the set of tools coaches add beside it to deliver the coaching: something to run programs, habits and check-ins with each client, and something to send and sign coaching agreements.
The table uses three example coaching businesses. The Systeme.io line uses its October 2026 prices. The other lines are example budgets, not quotes, for jobs Systeme.io's pricing page does not cover; replace them with real prices for the tools you would pick. Our breakdowns of Calendly pricing, Practice Better pricing and Paperbell pricing list current figures for common choices.
| Line item | New coach (5 clients, 800 contacts) | Growing coach (15 clients, 3,500 contacts) | Established coach (40 clients, 12,000 contacts) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (one subscription for the jobs below) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Systeme.io plan | Free: $0 | Startup: $17 | Unlimited: $97 (12,000 contacts is over Webinar's cap) |
| Client delivery app for programs, habits and check-ins (example budget) | $20 | $40 | $80 |
| E-signature for coaching agreements (example budget) | $10 | $15 | $15 |
| Booking extras such as intake questions, session credits and SMS reminders (example budget, if the built-in calendar is not enough) | $0 to $12 | $12 | $20 |
| Example monthly stack total | $30 to $42 | $84 | $212 |
| Payment processing on either setup (example 2.9% + 30¢ card rate) | About $29 per $1,000 collected, plus 30¢ per charge | Same | Same |
Three things stand out. First, Systeme.io's own line is the smallest number in the first two columns: the coaching tools around it cost more than the marketing suite. Second, the jump from the growing coach to the established coach is driven by list size: 12,000 contacts forces Unlimited even though Webinar's 50 funnels and 20 courses would be plenty. Third, the stack means three or four logins for you and at least two for each client, and every handoff between tools is a place where a check-in or a payment can slip.
Read the first row against those totals. Coachful's plans are tiered by the number of clients you coach, with Pro unlimited, and one subscription covers booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels and email. Processing works the same way on both sides: Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, and you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
If you are still setting what you charge, our guide to pricing coaching packages shows how to build a package price from delivery hours and costs, including software.

What hidden costs and gotchas should coaches watch for?
The main ones are tight caps on the Free plan, tier jumps triggered by list growth, limits the plan cards do not show, and the cost of leaving.
- One automation rule and one email campaign on Free. Unlimited email sends sounds generous, but a single campaign and a single rule cover one lead magnet with one sequence, not a full launch.
- "Unlimited students" with a footnote. The "All plans include" banner lists unlimited students, while the FAQ on the same page gives the Free plan 500 students. Plan around 500 if you stay on Free.
- Funnel caps that older reviews miss. Startup now lists 10 funnels; our September 2026 record showed unlimited. Course caps are 5 on Startup and 20 on Webinar.
- Tier jumps from list growth. Contacts, not revenue, decide your plan. A giveaway or a joint webinar can add thousands of contacts who never buy. Remove cold subscribers before you cross a boundary, or budget for the next tier.
- Limits printed only in the grid. Bookings, assistant accounts and SMS have per-plan amounts in the comparison grid, not on the plan cards you compare at a glance.
- An unnamed currency and unprinted yearly totals. The page shows "$" without naming the currency and no longer prints what a year costs. Check both at checkout.
- What happens when you cancel. Per the pricing FAQ, cancelling keeps your plan until the next billing date, after which the account reverts to Free. To downgrade, you either ask support to convert the remaining days into a lower plan, or cancel, wait for the account to revert to Free, then upgrade to the plan you want. The page does not say what happens to funnels, courses or contacts above Free's caps at that point, so ask before you cancel.
- Leaving costs time. In our September 2026 record, contacts exported to CSV through an emailed link valid for three days, while courses and pages could not be bulk-exported. Rebuilding funnels and courses elsewhere is real work; count it as part of the price.
- The coaching layer is extra. The pricing page lists no habits, check-ins, per-client programs or e-signed agreements. Our September 2026 record also noted no branded mobile app and described the community and course tools as basic.
Is Systeme.io worth it for your kind of coaching?
Systeme.io is worth it for coaches whose business runs on a list, funnels and courses, and who want software costs near zero. It is weaker value for coaches whose results depend on what clients do between sessions, because that part needs other tools.
Public reviewers are broadly happy: Systeme.io held a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot from 8,696 reviews, as seen in October 2026. Ratings reflect what people bought it for, though, and most buy it as a marketing tool, so they say little about client delivery.
New coaches building a first list
Worth it. The Free plan lets you publish a lead magnet, collect up to 2,000 contacts and send unlimited emails without a card. The catch arrives with your first paying clients, when you need somewhere to run sessions, agreements and follow-up. Our page for new coaches shows what a single setup for that stage looks like.
Course and digital-product coaches
Good value. Startup's 5 courses and Webinar's 20, unlimited email sends, an affiliate program and 0% transaction fees make Systeme.io one of the cheapest ways to sell recorded material. If courses are part of a coaching program rather than the product itself, see how course delivery inside a coaching platform handles drip, completion and the client's home screen.
Webinar-led business and career coaches
Good value at $47 a month if evergreen webinars are how you sell. Business and career coaches who run a webinar into a discovery call get funnels, webinars and email in one place. The gap is what happens after the call: proposals, agreements and the engagement itself. Our pages for business coaches and career coaches cover that side.
1:1 and program coaches
Weaker value. Life, mindset and executive coaches who sell three- to twelve-month engagements need client records, agreements, session notes and something that keeps clients moving between calls. Systeme.io's pricing page lists none of those, so the real price is Systeme.io plus a client-delivery tool. See how life coaches and executive coaches run that in one place.

Health, fitness and nutrition coaches
Weaker value for delivery. The pricing page lists no workout builder, nutrition targets, progress photos or weekly check-ins, so you would add a client app beside it. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workouts with set history and PRs, nutrition targets, meal plans, progress photos and weekly check-ins.
Coaching is not medical treatment. A health or nutrition coach supports behaviour change and refers clients to a doctor, dietitian or mental health professional when symptoms, medications, disordered eating or a crisis come up. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical record-keeping; if your work needs a BAA, get it in writing from any vendor, Systeme.io included. More on scope for health coaches.
Coaches with a team
Check before you buy. Systeme.io lists assistant accounts and a "For teams" option priced by call. Coachful's Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings round-robin or to the least-busy coach. See Coachful for teams.
How does Systeme.io pricing compare with the alternatives?
On sticker price, Systeme.io is the cheapest marketing suite in this comparison and the only one with a permanent free plan; its $97 top plan costs the same as the entry plans of ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel. The fair comparison for a coach, though, is total stack cost: the plan plus what you add beside it to deliver the coaching.
We rank on four things: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort. On those, Coachful leads; on raw marketing-suite price, Systeme.io does. All other prices are as listed in October 2026.
| Platform | Entry price | Top self-serve price | Platform fee on sales | Free plan or trial | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% since August 2026; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | A free trial; no permanent free plan | Coaches who deliver programs: booking, payments, agreements, habits, check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels and email |
| Systeme.io | $0 (Free) | $97/month (Unlimited) | 0% on every plan | Free plan that never expires, no card | Funnels, email, courses, blog, community, affiliates |
| Kajabi | $179/month ($143 billed yearly) | $499/month ($399 billed yearly) | None on Kajabi Payments or PayPal; 0.5% to 2% extra on other processors | 14-day trial | Courses, community, website, funnels and email |
| ClickFunnels | $97/month ($81 billed yearly) | $297/month (Optimize); Dominate $499.75/month billed yearly | 0% | 14-day trial | Funnels and sales pages, with email, courses and community |
| Kartra | $59/month ($52 billed yearly), 500 contacts | $549/month ($429 billed yearly) | 5% on Essentials; 0% on Starter and Growth | 14-day trial | Pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars |
| GoHighLevel | $97/month ($80.83 billed yearly) | $497/month (Agency Pro) | None; SMS, email, phone and AI usage metered on top | 14-day trial | Agency-style marketing CRM built on sub-accounts |
| Podia | $49/month ($42 billed yearly) | $179/month ($150 billed yearly) | 5% on Mover; 0% on Shaker and Earthquaker | 14-day trial, no card | Simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars and sessions |
Kajabi costs more than ten times Systeme.io's Startup plan at entry, and its Basic plan caps you at 2,500 contacts and 5 products with no AI credits. You pay for course and community polish rather than coaching delivery: Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Our Kajabi pricing breakdown has every plan and fee. Pick it over Coachful if a large course catalogue is the business and 1:1 delivery is a small part of it.

ClickFunnels Launch costs the same $97 a month as Systeme.io Unlimited, but stops at 10K contacts and 3 courses. Both take 0% of sales. ClickFunnels holds a 4.7 Trustpilot rating from 2,512 reviews (October 2026). Pick it over Coachful if high-volume funnel testing is your main job and client delivery lives elsewhere.
Kartra starts at $59 a month with only 500 contacts and a 5% transaction fee, so Systeme.io's Free plan out-gives its entry tier on contacts. Kartra's Starter plan at $119 a month lifts that to 2,500 contacts with unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and 5 team members. Pick it over Coachful if you want SMS, a helpdesk and calendars in one marketing suite and do not need habits or check-ins.

GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month with unlimited users and contacts, but SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered on top. It is agency-first; habits, client check-ins and structured coaching programs would have to be simulated with workflows and forms. Our GoHighLevel pricing breakdown covers the usage fees. Pick it over Coachful if you run an agency that manages marketing for several businesses.

Podia Mover is $49 a month with a 5% fee and only 100 email subscribers included, so Systeme.io is far more generous on email at a lower price. Podia's appeal is simplicity for selling courses, downloads and sessions. Pick it over Coachful if you want the plainest possible storefront and deliver little between sessions.
Coachful is the only option in the table built around the client's whole journey, from booking and agreement to daily habits and check-ins, with the marketing tools included in your Coachful membership. The section below explains what that covers and what it does not. For more side-by-side views, see our comparison pages and the Systeme.io alternative page.
Where does Coachful fit if you are weighing Systeme.io?
Coachful fits coaches who want the coaching itself, not only the marketing, inside one subscription. If Systeme.io would be your marketing layer and you would still need two or three tools to deliver programs, Coachful replaces that whole stack with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.
What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and Michelle, a built-in AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 Trustpilot rating from 21 reviews.
Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools.
What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal, and there is no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and is not a course marketplace or a general website builder for non-coaching sites.
How to start. Start a free trial, then ask for the free white-glove build so the team sets up your website, funnel, program or emails inside your own account. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Between-session delivery
This is the part Systeme.io's pricing page does not list. Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing, and flags each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Here is a short walkthrough of check-ins:

Booking, payments and agreements
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions, session credits and intake questions on booking are covered. See scheduling for the full list.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is the job an e-signature tool does in the Systeme.io stack. More on coaching contracts.

The marketing tools Systeme.io is known for
Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; a link-in-bio page that sells; and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, a community feed with group chat and cohort groups, and video events round it out. Here is the funnels walkthrough:

Systeme.io keeps a real edge in two places. Its affiliate program is a core feature, while Coachful's affiliate tracking records links, clicks, conversions and revenue but leaves payouts to be recorded manually. And Systeme.io accepts PayPal and a longer list of gateways. If either matters most, weigh it honestly.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. In your account, go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you", or use the "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Website, Funnels and Programs pages. Describe what you want built (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, webinar or automation), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Recent anonymised builds show the range. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarises recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.
Pick Systeme.io over Coachful if your business is mostly list building and digital products, you need software spending at zero for now, you rely on PayPal, or affiliate payouts are central to how you sell.
How can you save money on Systeme.io?
Stay on the lowest plan your list allows, pay yearly once you are sure, and count the tools around it before you count the plan.
- Start on Free and move up only when a cap bites. The usual trigger is the single automation rule or email campaign, not the 2,000 contacts.
- Pay yearly after a few months on monthly billing. Two months free saves $34 on Startup, $94 on Webinar and $194 on Unlimited over a year.
- Keep your list clean. Contacts decide your tier. Example: removing 600 cold contacts keeps a 5,400-contact list on Startup and saves $30 a month.
- Use sub-accounts for a second brand. They are unlimited on every plan, with the same limits as your main plan, at no extra cost.
- Use the free migration perk if you are moving in. Systeme.io lists free migration as a perk; ask what it covers before you rebuild anything yourself.
- Do not pay for Webinar for the webinars alone. If your list is under 5,000 and you do not run evergreen webinars, Startup does the job.
- Price the full stack, not the plan. Add up what you pay beside Systeme.io for client delivery, agreements and booking extras. Our coaching pricing audit walks through the numbers line by line.
- Check what you charge before you cut tools. A modest change to one package price can cover a month of software; see value-based pricing for coaches.
Which setup should you choose?
Choose by where your coaching happens: in your funnels and courses, or in the weeks between sessions.
- Systeme.io on its own fits a coach whose income comes from a list, courses and webinars, with few 1:1 clients. The Free or Startup plan will carry you a long way.
- Systeme.io plus coaching tools fits a coach with a large, working Systeme.io funnel setup who wants to keep it. Budget the full stack using the table above, and accept that clients will use more than one login.
- One coaching platform fits a coach whose clients need programs, habits and check-ins between sessions, and who would rather pay one subscription than three. That is where Coachful is built to sit (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients), with the free white-glove build to set it up. Systeme.io pricing FAQ
Is Systeme.io really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0, never expires and needs no credit card, as listed in October 2026. It caps you at 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with 500 students, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, with unlimited email sends.
How much does Systeme.io cost per year?
The page advertises "2 months free" on annual billing but no longer prints yearly totals. Paying for 10 months works out to $170 for Startup, $470 for Webinar and $970 for Unlimited, matching the totals Systeme.io showed in September 2026. Confirm the figure at checkout.
Does Systeme.io take a cut of my sales?
No. Systeme.io lists 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free. You pay only your processor's fees on Stripe, PayPal or another supported gateway.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
The pricing page lists no overage fees or contact add-ons, and its plan guide maps contact counts to plans, so in practice you upgrade. Passing 5,000 contacts takes you from Startup ($17) to Webinar ($47), and passing 10,000 takes you to Unlimited ($97). Ask support how contacts above a cap are handled before a large promotion.
Can I cancel Systeme.io at any time?
Yes. According to the pricing FAQ, you keep your paid plan until the next billing date, and then the account reverts to the Free plan. To downgrade, contact support to convert the remaining days, or cancel, wait for the account to revert, then upgrade to the plan you want.
Does Systeme.io include a booking calendar for coaching calls?
Its comparison grid lists a booking calendar with events and bookings, plus Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom integrations. What the pricing page does not list is a coaching back office: client habits, check-ins, per-client programs or e-signed agreements. Check the grid for how many bookings your plan allows.
Does Systeme.io have a branded app for my clients?
Not according to our September 2026 record, which noted no branded mobile app. Coachful gives clients your branding inside the Coachful app, though not an app under your own App Store account.
Is Systeme.io cheaper than Coachful?
On plan price alone, Systeme.io's Free and Startup plans are hard to beat. Coachful's plans (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) replace the client-delivery, agreement and booking tools many coaches add beside Systeme.io. Compare total stack cost and the number of logins, not just the plan.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want built, such as a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence, attach reference links and files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Can I move from Systeme.io to Coachful?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV first; in our September 2026 record the download link was emailed and valid for three days, and courses and pages could not be bulk-exported, so keep copies of your material. Coachful imports clients, programs and content during onboarding, and the white-glove build can rebuild your site or funnel. Start at the Systeme.io alternative page.
